Adidas Yeezy Boost 350 V2 “Oreo” Colorway Rumored Fall 2020

Adidas Yeezy Boost 350 V2 “Oreo” Colorway Rumored Fall 2020

Yeezy is just one of the brands that are leading the worldwide sneaker craze. Yeezy is Adidas’ answer to the Nike Air Jordans, and Adidas has been butting heads with Nike for as long as we know. Having Yeezy under its belt has only been adding fuel to the fire. Not to mention, less hyped brands have been at it non-stop trying to piece together design, reliability, and technology with their research and development. In the latest sneaker news, another Yeezy collaboration in the form of the Adidas Yeezy Boost 350 v2 “Oreo” colorway is said to be coming our way.

Adidas is in charge of making sure that Yeezy uses top of the line materials. Still, there is definitely something about Kanye West that makes Yeezys sell like hotcakes. This is a definite win-win situation for Adidas and Kanye. With the rumor of how Nike didn’t approve of giving royalties to Kanye for Yeezy sales and Nike not letting Kanye have more creative control. Both Adidas and Yeezy helped each other get ahead in the game and Yeezy 750 was born, which eventually led to the Yeezy 350 and a new legacy was born. Even before Kanye jumped ship to Adidas, Yeezys were an automatic hit that made fans want more. Now, fans are excited about these rumors of another “Oreo” colorway, and we have the mockup that might help you visualize it.

This is a possible but unspecific colorway addition as Adidas hasn’t confirmed or denied the possibility of another “Oreo” colorway. Official photos have yet to be released but the Yeezy Boost 350 V2 “Oreo” colorway is unlike the first “Oreo” colorway released last December 17, 2016. The new 2020 Yeezy Boost 350 v2 Oreo is expected to hold the signature mid stripe and is made with Primeknit technology, which fits like a glove or more like a sock and provides comfort with ultimate breathability just like many various versions of Adidas shoes.

The colorway is expected to be a mixture of white, gray, and black in various alternating patterns throughout the upper, both versatile and artistic. The pattern in the mockup below reminds us of the 2019 YEEZY Boost 350 V2 “Yecheil” and the upcoming Yeezy 350 v2 “Asriel” with an official release date in September this year. The interesting upper could possibly be matched with a black ribbed sole and black shoelaces contrasting to the translucent sole of the Asriel. There is also a possibility that there will be no heel tab for the Oreo but some fans are hoping for a heel tab to be included.

This is only one of the rumored fresh colorways for the Adidas Yeezy this year, and we’re excited to see more mockups and maybe even official photos of the next release. The rumored release date for the Adidas Yeezy Boost 350 v2 “Oreo” is set to anytime during Fall/Winter 2020 and will retail at $220 USD. A reflective version of the Oreo is still unknown, but this version will probably hit the market via selected retailers and online at the Adidas website. With the COVID-19 battle happening on a global scale, we are hoping it won’t affect any upcoming releases for 2020.
