Stray Rats x Vans Vault Old Skool and Era

Stray Rats, the Streetwear label who released a New Balance 827 this summer with sound footing, has prepared a groundbreaking new collaboration for a sudden Fall release.

This time, in collaboration with Vans Vault, the creators of Old Skool No Stripe, and Era, Stray Rats comes up with excellent creatives to unveil their new collection through playful animation and photography.

With the iconic boldface Stray Rats branding along the heel, the pair of Old Skools expresses an aesthetic canvas and on-theme for Stray Rats.

The Fall collection dresses multicolor leopard patterns for both mid-panels, hued in scarlet-purple and green-navy patterns. The latter complements the print with elegant brown suede—a perfect pairing to the seemingly distressed blacks of its complement.

Furthermore, vibrant Vans Vault logo tabs brandish the heel of the collection’s blacked-out midsoles — a treatment shared by Era. Additionally, the neutral-colored suede that coats the heel wrap and toe box opt for a louder split-toned colorway.
