The sneaker has a black-and-orange color scheme throughout, along with an alien mascot on the heel, as well as on the very forefront on the laces. Kyrie originally introduced this theme in 2018 with the Kyrie 3s.

The orange and black upper has obscure patterns as well as a black fishnet material that covers the sneaker. The black Nike Swoosh is embroidered with vibrant yellow stitching. Yellow is also featured on the heel surrounding the alien. The tongue of the Kyrie 7 “Rayguns” is black and white with a lacing system that matches. The midsole is black, while the rubber outsole is white.
