Concept’s newest Nike collaboration is a tongue-in-cheek play on the Turducken (a Thanksgiving staple dish known as a three-bird-roast outside of America). The shoe itself is inspired by a mallard duck, and you can see the iridescent colors, feather-like textures, and orange sole. 

The Dunk High “Turdunken” to be Released This November 

The Turdrunkens will be launched on November 13 at Concepts’ Boston and New York stores and cncpts.com. Selected retailers will start selling on November 20, and the pairs will also be released on November 21 on SNKRS. The shoe will come in a turkey oven-inspired box. 

Thanksgiving Dunk Highs to Sell for $249

The Concepts and Nike duo is known for its out-of-the-world and humoristic projects. Everyone remembers the 2008 Lobster Dunks success, and the Turdunkens will sell like hotcakes (or turkey, or duck, or chicken…)

The design of this SB Dunk High (the label reads “Duck High”) includes a custom toile print that decorates the collar lining and sock line. The shoes will be released with an associated apparel collection ranging between $46 and $285. Like the shoes, the clothing line will be spectacular. It will include a fleece bomber jacket, T-shirt, and beanie.
