Adidas was founded on August 18, 1949, in Herzogenaurach, Germany by Adi Dassler.
Adidas is a linguistic blend of words named after its founder, Adolf “Adi” Dassler, formed from “Adi” (a nickname for Adolf) and “Das” (from “Dassler”).
The Adidas group is made up of Reebok, TaylorMade, and Runtastic.
The three stripes come directly from those seen on early Adidas sports shoes and sporting goods line. The stripes also form the shape of a mountain, which represents the challenges athletes face.
Adidas tends to restock on a regular basis though there is no set calendar or timeline. For more unique and limited edition shoes, chances are low that they will restock again after being sold out.
The Human Race Trail Chanel and Pharrell NMD comes in around $11,135 as it is an iconic shoe collaboration between legendary singer/rapper Pharell Williams and luxury designer Chanel in which only 500 pairs were made.
