With the summer season popping in full swing, Pharrell and Adidas are putting their spin on a seasonal must-have with the latest addition to the Adidas Hu collection.

This reworked version of the popular Adidas slides called the Adilette Slide, has been dubbed the PW BOOST Slide. PW BOOST Slide will come out in a series of monochromatic styles, including “Core Black,” “Bright Orange,” and “Semi Solar Pink.” The slide features an adjustable strap on the midfoot that pairs up with BOOST-cushioned tooling. Also, Pharrell’s signature Hu branding is seen on the footbed.

Since 2014, Pharell has been a popular mainstay within the industry. He has produced one eccentric sneaker after another that take after his personality and artistry. While BOOST-cushioned slides aren’t entirely new to the German sportswear brand, Pharrell’s take definitely is. As with the Virginia-native’s recent Superstar collaboration, the footbeds are filled with outlines depicting the “colon”, “pelvis”, and other organs. The word placements correlate with pressure points on the foot.

BOOST foam adds extra comfort to the wearer of these slides. Anyone looking to cop Pharrell’s Adidas PW BOOST Slide can check out Adidas.com and select Adidas retailers. It released on August 1, 2020 with retail pricing set at $100.
